What will you be doing: (Responsibilities/Scope of work)
Work hand in Hand with the Account Managers to assist with recruitment process
You are expected to developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
You will have a ownership of right from sourcing potential candidates from various sources (Database, Job boards & Social networking sites like LinkedIn)
Briefing and screening the candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job you are assigned to work with
Negotiating the pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
Preparing the resumes and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
Coordinating interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing them about the status/result of their interviews
Experience/Skills you will need:
2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting supporting clients in India (across the Industries)
Have good hands on with sourcing and screening candidates
Very good Communication skills
Work environment is fast-paced, target driven and demanding and at the same time it is challenging and exciting

Editing and rewriting existing resumes
Direct interaction with clients as necessary by phone and/or email
Providing resume critiques according to resume best practices
Experience/Skills you will need:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
2+ years of experience as a professional resume writer.
Solid understanding of various industries and job functions including entry level, technical, professional, and executive roles
Knowledge of various resume formats, ATS capabilities and the ability to determine the best formats for each individual
Excellent customer service
Any certifications in the preferred areas is highly desired

Meet and exceed revenue goals relative to business unit past performance
Attend industry networking events with the intention of generating new business prospects
Experience you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus five years’ experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices and knowledge of basic recruiting concepts – Database Searching, Posting Jobs.
Experience in multi-discipline recruiting environments
